Komputer meminta untuk dilakukan update .NET dotnetfx minimal versi.1.1 atau versi 2.0 redistribution (x86),dari microsoft sehingga program tersebut bisa berjalan sebagaimana mestinya.

Issue:
When attempting to run my software I get the following error.
The application failed to initialize (0x0000135). Click to terminate.
Solution:
Your PC is missing the Microsoft .NET framework which most newly devloped software will have.
Here is the fix right from microsoft.
